work exists in many forms and mediums. I enjoy allowing my mediums and subject matters to interact with each other and spill over to create more dynamics in my body of work. The human form and our reaction within our natural environment makes its way into all my work in one form or another, whether it be the subject matter or material. I am always expanding my horizons and growing as an artist to create work that feeds from one idea to the next.
My inspiration comes directly from my environment. I live in the mountains of North Carolina because of the natural beauty that surrounds me. In these works I use found plant-life to help me create a dimensional landscape that comes to life.
